Well I am wondering if the original post was a bit
of forgery, it was obviously made up by somebody
who does not know anything about Australian
telephone numbering

Australian telephone numbering takes the form of

(nn) nnnn nnnn

where (nn) is the not always needed area code.

In the original post the telephone number was
shown in the form:-

Tel: (####) ### ###

if the above was intended as a mobile No.
(cell No. to septics) it would be in the
form

Mobile: nnnn nnn nnn

it should be noted we use the term Tel for
land line numbers.



note the lack of brackets.

Google itself, not from some random news service, & Google is preventing
victims of the troll's defamatory posts from taking legal action against
the troll.

If the trail ends at an ISp that doesn't control who uses it as an
open relay, then Google, if subpoenaed, would run into that same dead
end, wouldn't it?
So how is Google preventing victims from finding the perp?

That sounds a lot like that scheme that the other guy dreamed up a few
years ago, with his "assassination politics" plan. And he ended up
going to prison - federal prison, I think - just for discussing it,
didn't he? If I recall rightly, he wanted to combine a national lottery
system with an ultimate prize of assassinating anyone anywhere, based
only on the rough consensus of other like-minded anonymous individuals
banding together, presumably funded through Paypal (or some other
means), and circulated through Google, I guess. I think you should not
advocate that sort of thing. Not just because it's a bad idea, but just
merely JOKING about that sort of thing, out of bad taste, can bring
you down as well. And the same goes for character assassination, too.
