Advice Needed

I noticed a pic of mine is being used for advertising purposes. It was a pic I submitted for a SI Mandate. At the time I was using my old broken down monitor, and as a result the exposure is horrible, but it still hasn't stopped a company from using it. What should I do? http://www.ehow.com/how_4599856_thes...mes-music.html Thanks in advance. There probably isn't any money to be had in it but a stern warning is in order. Then, ultimately, the best outcome is likely that they just add credits and you can consider it a compliment. A waterstamp would be good also. If you have a web site, demand a link to that. My understanding is you just shoot for pleasure anyways. No doubt your work could have commercial/art value but that takes marketing work to make real. It should be no problem to get them to remove the pic but it's good free PR so I'd leave it up with credits. -- Paul Furman www.edgehill.net www.baynatives.com all google groups messages filtered due to spam |
