Default Nikon N90s flash trigger voltage

Don't do it! You'll fry the camera for sure! Wein make an opto-coupled
hotshoe adapter that will make your 283 safe for any camera.

http://calumetphoto.com sells wein and they have locations in the uk and
netherlands. or email the wein distributor for the usa and ask where in
europe you may be able to find the products...

Yes. I know - the Wein Safe-Sync. The problem is - I live in Europe,
and haven't found it for sale on this side of the pond. B&H sells
it - but want $26.25 to ship to Europe with USPS. I find that a
bit excessive.
