Default LF Shutter repair in the Seattle, WA area?

Hi:

I have a few LF shutters I need tuned up and would rather avoid
shipping them away somewhere. I'm in the Seattle, WA area but haven't
had a shutter worked on for about five years and my former source of
such repairs has dried up and gone away.

Anyone have any recommendations in the general Seattle, WA area?

Thanks!

Jeff

Jeff,

You might try Meier's Phototechnical. I can't say for certain they do the
work you're seeking, but they did an excellent and reasonably priced job
refurbishing my old F2 a few years ago, and I saw all sorts of exotic
looking gear on their shelves. They're up on 15th NE, a couple miles from
Northgate.

Hi Jeff,

Another place to try would be Northwest Camera Repair up in Everett, WA.

http://www.northwestcamerarepair.com

They've got a very good reputation and they're nice people.

Try Camera Techs at:

5254-A University Way NE
Seattle, WA 98105 - 3519
(206) 526-5533

and

2034 NW Market St
Ballard,
(206) 782-2433

I've had cameras and lenses repaired and calibrated at the University shop.
