This Sigma is not good

The Sigma 120-400mm 5.6 is the only tele/autofocus that I have. My other lenses are mostly Samyang primes. Thing is, I ain't rich. What is an affordable replacement for the Sigma? Preferably a bit longer. Mostly for birdies at quite a distance. Camera is 6d mkII. I took some snaps this morning of some birdies. I haven't sorted them yet, but will do this afty. As soon as it's done I'll post a link and maybe you can all tell me it's not the lens, but me at fault. Cheers. Monopod ? Tripod ? Shutter-speed ? geoff |
