That "Tridelta adapter" seems to be similar in design to the Tri-Delta prism
stereo adapter I had 40+ years ago. It worked pretty well, within the limits
of such a device. It attached to the normal lens of a 35mm camera by the
filter ring; then the camera was pointed upward and a viewfinder built into
the Tri-Delta adapter was used to take the shot, at right angles to the
direction the camera lens was pointed. IIRC it put the stereo pair images
head-to-head on one frame of slide film, which was then viewed with a
special viewer.

Like all such devices it lengthened the apparent focal length, left a
blurred area between the two images, and suffered slightly from keystoning.
It was an interesting gadget to play with, if somewhat tedious in use, and
worked pretty well for stereo portraits where its shortcomings didn't matter
too much.
