Some of these shots (the static scene ones) which were taken at ISO
3200-12800 could have been taken with the Olympus E-M1 II at lowest ISO
(200), primarily by making use of its outstanding stabilisation (and
also the fact that you can shoot at larger apertures and still get the
same DOF).

Using multi shoot don't make proper photographs and that effect could be
achieved with any camera in post. Setting the camera to 8fps plus, blast
away and stacking in post gives about the some effect.

All that has nothing to do with the ability to shoot at lower ISOs due
to stabulisation or larger apertures.

Larger sensors give you better NR performance. Bigger is better... Image
stabilization don't freeze the motion and is not an issue when it comes
to noise unless the subject is dead!
