A quick glance at Amazon and I see names like Xcsource and Caseflex in the mid-range price-wise, with the cheaper end dominated by Hama. I am *not* a serious photographer, but I'd like to dedicate more time to photography and I like the idea of taking photos that are actually focussed on something. Recommendations? Looking at this one: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Caseflex-Pr...2129 &sr=1-18 That looks reasonable with the caveat that ultimately a tripod needs to deliver stability for the load it will bear. Sometimes what appears to be a bargain is not up to the job. The tripod you are showing has a design similar to some that I have seen from MePhoto which has a range of lightweight travel tripods in aluminum or carbonfiber at different price points and available from Amazon. Then Oben has a new travel tripod which might suit your purpose. http://www.obensupports.com/detail?sku=1086006 -- Regards, Savageduck |
