cameras or photography in certain areas, especially ER. Most employees
are banned from taking photos of patients except in narrow
circumstances, i.e. part of their job or there is a legal reason. Some

In the US, most places have contracts where you can buy a photo of
your new baby, so this case is null and void in that instance. They
just won't sell the photo if parents object. With digital now, they
just delete it.

No this is NOT a European precedent. The small part of the judgement
quoted said something about in this particular circumstance. Therefore
it is probably only a judgement in this one case and can not be used as
precedent. The courts do that sort of thing here.
