Default using jobo cpa-2 for e-6 process

i just got a tetenal 6-bath e-6 color slide chemical kit.
reading instructions, i've found that a couple of baths must be
carried at 38°c --which are roughly 100°f-- and all the other ones at
36°c --which are way around 97°f--. well, i wonder how i can move from
38 to 36 and back in a short time, because temperatures change between
adiacent baths...

the other thing is: i got concentrated solutions to make 5 liters
--that is about 1 gallon and 1 quarter-- of every bath. this kit is
for 60 rolls and instructions refer to 500ml to be used each bunch of
6 rolls. until now, everything is clear.
what i cannot understand is that instructions also says that every
roll needs at least 160ml of [bath-n, with i don't remember which
"n"]: if i do 160x60, it equals to 9600ml, not 5000ml. so where's the
point? i mean, what do i miss?

any help?
any of you uses this kit?

thanks in advance.

regards,

What matters is the tolerances not the actually required temperture. No
idea with the Tetenal kit but if you go to the Kodak website they have a
manual for E-6 with the temperture ranges for each step. Only some steps
need to be tightly controlled. The rest can handle wider temperture ranges.

Download part 3 and look at table #1.

A couple of thoughts. 500ml won't cover six rolls of film in any of the
Jobo tanks. At least I don't think so. So you'll need to use at LEAST the
amount needed for the tank. Second thought. Maybe they intend for that bath
to be reused? No idea.

First developer is temperature critical at +/- 0.3C/0.5F.
First developer rinse is +/- 1C/1.8F. Same for the reversal
and color developer. The remaining solutions are less
temperature critical and can be anywhere between 33 to
40 C

E6 is a standardized process, so applies to
any.
