Default Photo Browser

I'm relatively new to photography. I have access to Photoshop 7.0 so I
don't need any photo editing software.

What I need is some piece of software that allows me to quickly view each of
my photo's with a full or very nearly full screen ('cause I can't see
anything using thumbnails), maybe crop them, save the ones I want and delete
the ones I don't want. And do it with one or two or even three mouse
clicks. Sounds simple but Photoshop doesn't do it and something called
Zoombrowser that I think came with the camera (Canon S1 IS) doesn't do it.

And - of course - be dirt cheap. Seems very, very simple so maybe I'm
missing something?

Thanks in advance,
Perry.

There's a 'lite' version for $50.
