I would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Happy Hanukkah to our Jewish friends;

Happy Kwanzaa to our African friends;

and Season's Greetings to anyone who does not follow a specific celebration.

I have friends of all faiths and races (lucky me), and we share in each
other's festivities. It is a wonderful experience to be Christian and also
experience the Jewish traditions (from which Christianity was evolved). This
year, by coincidence, all three happen to fall on the same time time
periode. Christmas day on the 25th, Hanukkah on the evening of the 25th, and
Kwanzaa on the 26th.

As a Christian who is a quarter Jewish ("not too shabby"), and who
understands and respects the lessons of Kwaanza, I say absolutely! For
any of us who are affiliated with a religious tradition, we must
realize that our faith is based on a universal invitation to believe.
I gladly accept you as you are, not merely tolerarte you as you choose
to be. My faith teaches me to love my fellow man, not to just
passively coexist. So, Merry Christmas, my friend!

Agnosticism entitles one to pick and choose holidays to observe, sort of
a "holiday buffet" if you will.
