Sorry 'bout that.

Cover your ears.

AAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaggh!!!!!!!!!!

I take you're not a fan? This is about the photo, not the person.

Exactly.

I am not particularly bothered by Ellen one way or another. I found her
quite amusing as a stand-up comedian. As far as her current day time
show, and karaoke competition judge reinvention goes, I am not a fan of
either of those shows.

...but that photograph, with that bug-eyed expression, I do not find
particularly appealing, or as you describe it, "quirky". More like scary.

The question is, what were they going for? I mean she's gnawing on her
coat.

On the monitor, it doesn't look good. However, if you take a few steps back...

30, 40, ...er maybe a 100.

I'm willing to believe a lot of things, Alan, but I don't believe you took
that picture.

I never claimed I did. You can read a link, right?

"Do you sing tenor?"

"Why yes."

"Well, please sing ten or twenty miles away!"

Depends on your monitor.

I don't think the original was meant for screen display.

So people reading that article in the online edition of the NYT are
supposed to print it first?

Alan - Everyone has jumped on tour photo, so let me tell you I like it. The
eyes make the whole picture.

Regards....Chuck.

Oh well!
There is no accounting for taste.

The eyes make the whole picture.

Yes, they make the whole picture awful scary.
