SD adaptors for CF - in camera?

I haven't, but there's a link to a review on the page that you cited.
The reviewer tested it with a few 16GB SDHC cards. Sounds like the
adapter is 3x slower than the fairly fast CF card he compared it to,
irrespective of the SD card speed. So, if you fire of lots of bursts
then you might encounter more stoppages while the buffer flushes with
the adapter than with a native CF card.
