Nikon's Newest SLR?

Has anyone heard of what Nikon has planned to replace the D100? Any ideas on
when it will be released. I have searched on the internet but all I have
come up with is the new D2X, which is obviously follow to the D2 series of
cameras. Thanks...mitch

From what I hear from Nikon Canada, they may introduce the D200 at the
February PMA show. They will have a D100 replacement...

As Nikon seem to be on a 3 year upgrade path I expect that the D200
will be anounced next Spring. Expect it to be DX, 12 to 16 mp and
WIFI. All speculation of course - I'm saving me cash.

will be anounced next Spring. Expect it to be DX, 12 to 16 mp and
WIFI. All speculation of course - I'm saving me cash.

Nikon will probably announce the D200 right around they start shipping the
D2X; February.

Who knows when the D200 will actually ship?
