Comcast did the same thing months ago now. CHeck out these guys:

They allow you to buy bandwidth by the block, so I paid $10 about 6 months
ago. For that sum I received 30GB of data transfer. I do freqent some
binary groups, like alt.binaries.3d.poser, but even with those images I'm
downloading, in that 6 months I've used less than 1 GB of data. At this
rate, 30GB is going to last 15 years. Best $10 I've spent in some time.

Their retention is good, though not all posts show up--in some instances I'm
not seeing the first post in a thread, but can see all of the responses to
that post and chime in if I'd like--good enough for me!
