APS-sized prints from digital

Does anyone know of photo labs which will make APS-sized prints (i.e.
4x7, 4x10 or 4x12 panoramics) from digital images? Preferably a
Canadian lab. The only one I've found online is FuturePhoto, and
they're rather pricey. I haven't found any others, and I've checked
PhotoLab (Loblaw's), Black's, Japan Camera, and a lot of the online
sites.

I think Costco does 4x7, but I'm not sure about the other sizes. However,
they don't have online service and you have to be a member in order to use
their services.
