[SI] A reminder, and Ping Bandicoot

Just a reminder to all those waiting to offer a mandate. Because of
Dave Bouvier's withdrawal from the list, everyone has moved up two weeks in
the schedule. This means that our next mandate, to be announced tomorrow
(Friday July 16) falls to Bandicoot.

Thanks for the reminder Al - I had forgotten about the two week shift
forward. Now, I wonder if I'll actually manage to find time to submit
something to my own mandate this time - it's nice to be busy, but the past
few months have been ridiculous...
