[SI] Call for mandates

OK, we've had a few suggestions in the past, like "abstract," but we
need more suggestions. Here's a thought: raid DP Review. Take a look
at some recent challenges over there, pick a few that we can use here,
and suggest them. Ready, set, go....

How about providing a mediocre image for download which could then be
improved (or otherwise) and submitted?

"Clueless". For the alphabet thing why not start with "A"?

Here are a couple of suggestions, how about;
"Street Characters" for candid, street level character shots?
"Bizarre Buildings" for shots of questionable architecture?
"Transports of Delight or Delusion" for any means of transport which
brings a smile to your face, or not, as mandates?

The recent "rule" for most mandates is 3 per. Smart fellow who started
that rule.

That was not meant to be in anyway disparaging, or personal, except for
the fact we seem to be "clueless" when it comes to selecting mandates
at the end of one of these triple mandate cycles.
