I'm not dumping my D300 if...

I doubt any current D300 user will see the D300s as a step forward. Yes, if I can just not pay for it... video is just updated firmware, which has already been developed for other models. it's basically just saving the live view stream to a file. it doesn't add much, if anything, to the cost. but if you don't want video, go buy the d300, which will be discounted now that it's last year's model.
