Mamiya ZD

There are numerous postings that suggest that the Mamiya ZD
actually exists, although no one has seen it and no retailer
knows when it will become available. Does anyone have a feel
for whether it is likely to become something one can actually
purchase within the next month or so, or closer to a year away,
or ?
