No, I've referred the problem to AOL and other ISPs. Its this loser who's

It is not in his character.
Lewis is a fine person, who writes from a base of knowledge and experience which surpasses
many/most here.
He is a decent fellow all 'round, and would be the LAST person to write that sort of
stuff.
