Ignorance does not imply dumb.

It's one of the most reliable indicators I've ever used.

Get a better indicator. Regardless of your background, intelligence, education
and interests I'm sure that you are ignorant about a great many things. The day
that someone versed in those things calls you ignorant, then smile hapilly; if
he calls you dumb or stupid, smile even more brightly for he's tipped his hand.

There are things that everyone is ignorant about. Knowing that film comes in
"positive" is not something that many people are in tune with, or care about.
Or really should unless they are photographers or working in a related industry.

Cheers,
Alan

Gordon, you need to get out more. Smart women are *much* more fun than
dumb ones. At the very least, they're a lot more likely to understand
the *good* jokes -- and most of them are better at the things we like
women to be good at, too, whether that's cooking or minding the budget or...

The challenge to the photographer is to command the medium, to use
whatever current equipment and technology furthers his creative
objectives, without sacrificing the ability to make his own decisions.

Opinions expressed are my own -- take them for what they're worth
and don't expect them to be perfect.

cooking.

Used GW690III and GSW690III prices are now over the new price in Tokyo.

And used Mamiya 7/7II prices are holding steady.

So much for the "MF prices are falling" theory.
