400,000Y = $60,000, that seems more realistic.

I can just see the boat loads of Chinese immigrants arriving in Canada
with the requisite $400K, after working for years in the out-source
sweat-shops, or spam server bull-pits, producing plastic cameras &
lenses, iPhones, and Walmart products. Saving for a better life running
a restaurant in Vancouver, so they can buy the stuff they used to make.

I notice he didn't say anything about the amount of Rupees which would
make an Indian, or South Asian immigrant acceptable to him.
