A Different Photographer to McCurry
Here is a guy who doesn't seem to be guilty of too much 'staging' for
his shots. Meet Russell Ord; http://www.russellordphoto.com/index-1 -- Regards, Savageduck |

Meet Russell Ord; http://www.russellordphoto.com/index-1 Some exellent photographs but I would never claim that none of them were staged. The photographer certainly doesn't make that claim. Even in his 'point and shoot' section there are some which have been organised to some extent. I love his photographs of the waves; variously taken with a D200, D4 and a D800. Exposures from 1/6 sec to 1/400. Most unusually he seems to have left the Exif data in the photographs on the site. -- Regards, Eric Stevens |

Sorry: no sarcasm. I'm just pointing out that Russel Ord appears to have staged at least some of his photos. That 1/400 should be 1/4000. -- Regards, Eric Stevens |
