Need help creating a custom Gallery template in Adobe Elements v3
Creating custom templates for the Web Photo Gallery was really easy in
Elements v2.0. To create a custom template, just make a copy of an existing template, then edit it. In Elements v3.0, it ain't so easy. First of all, all the existing templates were moved into some kind of shared folder. But worse, when I drop a custom template into the template folder, Elements v3.0 doesn't see it. It would seem that there's a list somewhere to which I need to add my template's name. I got a work-around. Instead of creating a new template, I edited an existing one. Worked! But hardly a good solution since I now loose the original template. Any suggestions? |
