Remote Release L for 6008?

The MRC and RC120 differ outwardly only by a slide switch on the top of the
hand control above the two white buttons. The SLX one is completely
different, with a single green button on a much slimmer hand control and a
long orange slider switch on the underside for mirror control. It has no
markings, other than Rollei, on the unit.

It was free, so I cannot complain. It is also 5m long, which is rather
handy.

That may be a reason why the MRC120 has been discontinued. The RC120 is a
bit simpler, but I don't know if that's the one you are talking about
w/r/t the SLX. IMO, the low cost of the RC120 would make it unnecessary to
look for a cheaper solution that handles both MLU and shutter release.
