Default Too Good to be True?

My new edition of PhotoPro has a big ad from Broadway Photo, listing among
many other things a Canon 5D for $2019.
I went online & found they have a kit of 5D + 24-105mm 4L IS for $2964.
Yes, they add an outrageous $180 for 2-day UPS, but this is still far
below normal street pricing. Is this a legit deal???

See http://www.resellerratings.com/store/Broadway_Photo and the previous
discussions in this NG from April at

If you don't want to loose sleep go with B&H instead.

After the vultures strip out the included accessories and sell them
back to you inflated 5-10x their normal price, oh yeah, it's a deal.
Don't forget to add a $500 1gig memory card!
