Any recommendations on filter to use for this?

Well since you're shooting with b&w, there will be no color cast, so
NO FILTER.

But what you need to look into is the f/stop and the contrast of the
film you're using, the development time to increase/decrease contrast,
and the contrast of the photo paper that you'll print on.

And, if instead of traditional darkroom, you'll be processing on the
computer, look into how to correct greyscale levels.

If you're thinking like with color film... You don't really need any.
Although standard b&w contrast filters will alter the grey scale
rendition under flourescents just like with any other light source.

shoot at 1/15th, the bulbs flicker at 1/60th, that is American circuits are
60 cycle, Euro is IIRC 50 cycle.

Any recommendations on filter to use for this?
