Why I chose a NOS njkon F 60
1) cheaper than a digital body (entry level)
2)nobody in his right mind would steal my film body 3)I can shoot legendary films like velvia,tmax,3200,delta and so on 4)film bodies are timeless-I will keep mine until it breaks down and not until the new fangled super duper sensor comes 5)shooting film these days is a novelty 6)after 1 year and a dozen films still on its OEM batteries 7)more rugged than an entrylevel digital (metal chassis) 8)a real camera and not a computer with a lens 9)no dirty sensor problems 10)reasonable to make a darkroom again -- t ----Android NewsGroup Reader---- http://usenet.sinaapp.com/ |

I prefer D-72 1+1, but I am willing to use an Amidol developer if necessary. -- .~. My 2 little nieces won t have another chance to see a real darkroom. 11)by definition film is always full frame without having to pay an arm and a leg 12)you can shoot (even today) dozens of different films and not the same old sensor 13)you can scan (of have scanned) your film and so have the best of both worlds 14)your negatives are immune to data theft data loss data hijacking data corruption and so on 15)your negatives will remain readable fot ever while with digital files who knows what will happen (a friend ofmine had his thesis in 2 5 1/4 floppies so it s practically lost for ever) -- t ----Android NewsGroup Reader---- http://usenet.sinaapp.com/ |

That means a new old stock nikon f 60 but that ship has sailed as i have ancanon eos 30 also nos nos means although the camera was old stock say2000 it was brand new (as there are no film bodies manufactured now) -- t ----Android NewsGroup Reader---- http://usenet.sinaapp.com/ |
