Got mine many years ago. Its not repeatable.

When the Triumvirate staged their coup and took over AUK, all previous
awards were negated, each person being required to justify themselves
to the New Cabal. If they proved themselves kooks, their old kook
awards stood as awarded. If they proved themselves non-kooks, their
previous awards were absolved.

For kookologists, the same applied. If they proved themselves to be
kooks, their previous meritorious awards were stripped from them.
Because the previous management used the kook awards as a means of
revenge against those who stood up to their stalking, outer-filthing,
harassing, defaming, libeling ways, it could not be ascertained that
any given person actually *deserved* their awards, so we started
tabula rasa.
