There was not even any warning on the original post so say you will
need to log in or sign up after clicking the link. If I did not know
any better (and maybe I don't), looking at your responses to the other

there was something in it for you.

If so, this makes you one prize spammer and a ****. A crossposting

Interesting. I usually get spammed by viewbug every single day.
Or night, I am 12 hours away from anyone else in Australia.

Yet since I made my opinion of them clear here, they stopped sending me
stupid updates.

Narh, coincidence!
Of course!

What do YOU think?

I think that I agree with what others have said about viewbug. It is a
SCAM
site intended to separate you from as much of your money as they can get.

Promoting this site is tantamount to spreading SPAM, and I don’t see
that
paying to get one’s ego stroked is a rewarding idea.

FYI - an APP is available - for FREE! - on Apple iTunes

https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/view...7060?ls=1&mt=8

Description

ViewBug is the world's most amazing photo contest community for pros and
amateurs alike. If photography is your passion, this is the free photo
app that lets you discover photography, share photos, and receive
recognition from other photographers and judges.

by world-renowned professional photographers, and sponsored by top
brands. With the ViewBug photo app your photography is discovered and
awarded.

Win amazing prizes and participate in contests across many inspiring
categories. Be featured, get published, and win the gear that will make
you stand out and help take you to the next level.

Browse more than 15 million submitted photos and for some on-the-go
inspiration. Learn from peers and thought leaders, and improve as a
photographer. Submit your photos to some contests and have your photos
discovered and awarded.

There is FREE membership too - one does not HAVE to be a subscriber.

I joined PSA, and get some pretty candid suggestions. A lot of my
inspiration from visiting museums, Many of which have significant
portions of their collections online.

Ear ear!...

The custom dropping the "H" when speaking, caused a Brit to lose a
spelling bee, when he was asked to spell, "auspice."

What happens if I don't want to sign up with Viewbug? How do I view
the images?

I don't believe that you can view the images without enrolling with
ViewBug - but you do NOT have to pay anything.

Why the **** do some idiot people think that it is OK to post invites
to view images that are behind some log in/sign up wall, be it Facebook
or some other ********.

I would give them some slack for not knowing that it requires a long
in/sign up. It opens for them, but they do not realize it has
requirements for others to open.

Thank you for those kind words, Tony. :-)

I personally haven't experienced any 'pressure' from Viewbug. I had
THOUGHT that other folk reading here might have enjoyed images assessed
from a worldwide audience as being outstanding photographs.

I would say you were fishing for members and
there was something in it for you.

Then you would be wrong.

Btw, I consider your response somewhat rude and unsavoury.

nowhere near as rude as your numerous hostile responses to people not
wanting to sign up to some ****ty service just to look at some photos,
which were probably not very good anyway.

perhaps the first time, but given his numerous and hostile responses
after it was pointed out that it required a signup, it's clear that it
was not an innocent mistake.

compare that to eric, who posted a facebook link that required a
facebook account. did he insist people sign up for facebook and get mad
when people said no or did he apologize for the mistake and post a link
that anyone could view?
