Default kodachrome developing

i have problem with developing some rolls od kodachrome 64, purchase from
usa via ebay...

i don't have mailers for that films, can i send him in wienna or some other
europe laboratory and pay with some way (bank, western union, cash..)??

The Kodak website lists one lab in Europe doing Kodachrome:

Processing Laboratories

There will be 6 world wide when A&I ceases operation.
