ends with the observation "Mais les gastronomes
peuvent-ils se contenter d'un four a micro-ondes?"
(But can gourmets be happy with a microwave oven?)

If you want to read the rest of the article you'll
need to get a copy of the magazine. In addition to
copyright issues, it's an awful lot of typing
(and translation)...

Some claim microwaving destroys food value
in the process. Don't know. I do know digital
processing destroys a certain amount of image
information. An inherent loss of artistic value?
