Olympus 4000-Zoom Video Out and USB Together

We're using the Olympus SDK in an application and have recently lost
some functionality. We have the video out jack wired to a TV capture
card, and the USB jack connected to a USB port.

Previously, we were able to view a live feed from the camera via the
video out while the USB cable was connected to the PC. Now, when the
USB cable is connected to the PC, we lose the live video and instead
get a solid blue feed.

Is there a camera setting that needs to be set to view live video

If there is, your experience would imply that it is on by default. Try to
reset the camera - take the batteries out for an hour or whatever it takes.

It could also be that the USB connection has developed some problems. I
would check that the OS has all updates installed that are available to
your particular OS, whatever it is.
