Default Processing times for an old roll of FP4?

I've come across an old roll of 35mm FP4 (before it became FP4 Plus). Does
anyone know any processing times for the film?

TIA.

Gary

Ilford suggested the following starting times for ID-11 or D-76
at 68 degrees F. Exposed at ISO 125. Intermittent agitation of 10 seconds
in every minutes.

Not Diluted 6 1/2 minutes
1+1 9 minutes
1+3 15 minutes

Other developers:

HC-110
1+7 ISO 125 5 1/2 minutes

Perceptol or Microdol X:
none ISO 64 10 minutes
1 + 1 ISO 100 11 minutes
1 + 3 ISO 100 16 minutes

Ilford's note:
"These developing times may be increased up to 50% for additional contrast
when using diffusion or cold light type enlargers."

Hope this gets you going.
