Default Dumb question about C41 stabilizer

Is C41 stabilizer the same as E6 stabilizer? Rather, the question is, do I
need to keep both solutions around? Can I just dunk the CN film in the E6
stabilizer after it's done washing?

Thanks.
Mike.

Doubt it, but if you have both bottles around you could compare
ingredients. But I doubt they're interchangeable.

They are identical with Agfa, Tetenal and Fuji-Hunt (Jobo). I was
offered a large quantity of surplus Tetenal stabilizer by a newspaper
lab where they'd gone digital, some time ago, and when I called
Tetenal's customer service about its use and conservation, I was told I
could even use it for conventional b/w stock.

Mike,

They are the same. In fact Tetenal sells a product called E-6/C-41
Stabilization Bath (product number 102048). It's sold to make up 30 liters
for minilabs that process both. Stabilizers are formaldehyde (or derivative
thereof) and a wetting agent (like Photo-Flo).
