Yes, it's a new picture because the original photoraph is to advertise
for a product, and the sticker transform the advert in the opposite.
In telling that if you buy this product such advertised you'll be like
her, and my comment it's that you'll be a fashion victim to put
all girls in the same road.


But in this case the "artist" is the creator/applicator of the sticker.


The impression I got from Daniel's response was he put the sticker on
there himself, then took the picture.

You are just documenting or reproducing art. Is that also art?

In fact I have not the goal to make art or anything particular.
I just want to share an idea, by the advert and the sticker.
