Roll paper? Is it a crazy idea?

Too late-)) I picked up a couple of rolls of 8" supra fairly cheap.
It's old but allegedly frozen. If I can figure out how to handle it I'll
pickup some fresh 12". I'm only going to make something to hold the paper
while I cut it. Say a U shaped holder with some sort of dowel. I actually
think a light tight box wouldn't be that hard to make. Just make a set of
nested boxes. Easy enough but it would take up way too much room in the
fridge.
