I'm a little intrigued here, how exactly was Mark Thomas responsible for
you changing your on line alias all the time? did he sneak into your
house and hold a gun to your head, did he hack your computer and install
name changing scripts in your news reader? or maybe you were just trying

trying to take someone to court over a Usenet message, far to many
variables to consider for the poor Judge who will in all likely hood end
up throwing it out a nothing more than a waste of his and the Courts

I must have, Still going to be difficult and EXPENSIVE (ouch) to prove,
for both yourself and the Police, and if it involves a State or Federal
border the Local Plods won't want to know about it, and the Feds are up
to their armpits in more important things than trying to separate a
pair of adults who should know better. My guess is you will be told by
the authorities that they can do nothing until something physical
actually happens.
