During processing it is possible to use an effective ISO range of 25 through 6400, depending upon choice of chemicals. This is unlike what most people and labs refer to as "push" processing, and there are some patents on this Rollei film. To answer the original poster's question about Portra 100T, I only got to use that once, and I did not push process any of it. Kodak indicate that one to two stops should be fine, meaning that you could use it at ISO 200, or ISO 400.
