Kodak DC-40 Questions from potential buyer

Way too many choices there to even get started. But for 4x6 images just
send them over to Walgreen's.

Yes, several hundred better options.

5) Is there anyplace to rent one for the day to try it out (Silicon
Valley area)?

That camera's a low end camera that's been obsolete for more than ten
years, so probably not.
