I ask excuse for my bad English
I would want to do a diffuser like that one in photo

Ringlights are for things like dentists photographing people's teeth.
You do not want to use one for everyday photography. Besides, their
usable distance is pretty limited.

You can do portraits with them, but it brings a very special lighting with
almost no shadows...
