Is the Atkins Diet really safe?
"Lewis Lang" wrote in message
oups.com... The low-carb high-fat Atkins Diet is extremely popular due to rapid weight loss, but is it really healthy in the long run? Wouldn't all that extra fat eventually catch up with you? I am tempted to try this diet, but it just does not sound right to me. If you have kidney disease or gallbladder problems it might be a bad idea. If you are about to drop dead from something anyway, it probably won't work fast enough to help. Other than that you are probably safe. -- No Husband Has Ever Been Shot While Doing The Dishes |
