I don't think Obama has a chance at the Presidency, but is really
gunning for VP and a presidential run in 2016.

I guess that's insurance for President Hillary against another CIA
assassination like they did President Kennedy. However bad she is, she
knows the people who hate her know that Obama would be far worse. Maybe
