Default ??Nikon2000? thoughts?

I just saw an add on Tv about a Nikon
2000,but I called the store, and they
don't seem to know about it.... I
checked on the 'net' and see
''referbished'' units, but they have to
be bought ''inline''. I live in the San
Antonio Tx area, my question, anythought
on this samll camera? The price was 80$
with 3x optical, 2 m picel. cl.

It is a discontinued model. It is according to Dpreview.Com Here is one
link:

http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/spec...kon_cp2000.asp

And a dcresource.com review link:

http://www.imaging-resource.com/PRODS/CP2000/CP2A.HTM

It's a 2-megapixel basic point & shoot Compact Flash type of camera. It uses
4 AA batteries. Figure it to be for "everyday" stuff--snaps of the dog, your
friends & you goofing off at the pinball machines, that type of thing.

You could probably get one on eBay for $70-80 or so. Here is one guy selling
his for $80 (buy-it-now) plus shipping, it includes a 256-megabyte card
(VERY large for that camera, would probably hold 350-400 photos). It
probably doesn't include software, USB cable or batteries though.
