I've actually still got the hovercraft eelmaster filtered to be flagged
and marked read. That's about it now besides a couple random freaks who
crosspost to ufo lists g.

Glad to have the forte thing gone because the way I had it set up in
thunderbird; it marked entire subthreads as ignored, which is a neato
trick except it was a buggy feature and I had to set the view to unread
messages only. If set to show complete threads with unread messages,
many of those threads would not go away. So I turned that off and
rebuilt indexes... Much nicer to be able to follow threads... except for
the new batch of (I guess google groupers?) who start a new thread every
time they reply to anything! ARGH! otter, turco, grumble grumble... And
I think the pedophile alert freak changes it's name every time so hard
to filter... just tap the K key to ignore those and move along.

What I find amazing is the extraordinary lengths and travails some morons go
through to create their own little closed club in what is and will remain a very
public newsgroup.
When all they need do is **** OFF to whatever forum is available in their little
pbase crap site. Or somewhere else where the only ones they inflict their
stupidity upon are at least the guilty.

I think it is something to do with the interaction of the Van Allen
Belt and the Coriolis Effect in the Southern Hemisphere, known to some
as the Foster's-Swan phenomenon.
