acetate on it corrects the blue cast, giving a natural look to the
subject area exposed by the flash.


Did you take your shot with a blue filter over the lens or the
temperature set low?

No filter on the lens. Low Color Temp setting of 2700° on the camera,
which created the blue cast. Two stops underexposure to make it look
spooky.
Yellow film on the flash to correct for the color cast.


Colour me wrong. I'll give that a shot sometime. Actually there's an
event in a couple weeks that is just right for this sort of thing...
