I need help - UK

Is there anyone in the UK to who I can talk to help me with issues in my
small business?

I take digital photos, almost daily, prepare sales sheets with six to
sixteen shots on, create Pdfs from them but mainly have the final sheets
printed a by a commercial printer. The end quality, whilst important, is not
necessarily meant to be top notch.

My ignorance revolve around image from camera to PC and what to save as
bearing in mind my usage, etc'ish.
