Default Changing picture quality on Olympus C5060 WZ

I want to change the default quality from HQ to SHQ. I can't figure
out how to do it without having it reset to HQ every time I power off
the camera.

This doesn't seem to be one of the settings I can save in "My Mode"
feature, or am I missing something here too.

Ideally I would prefer not to set the "Reset All" to 'off' since I
often change the flash settings, macro modes and other things and
would prefer it if these did reset to the default.

Is there a way to change quality without changing the Reset All
setting?

Thanks

Look through the setup menu until you find a setting called "reset
all" and set it to "off" - that'll prevent the camera from resetting
to HQ every time you turn it on. Hope this helps.
